Walk-through metal detectors are used at all performances. Please plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to showtime.

Backpacks, large bags, firearms, and weapons of any kind are not allowed in the theater.

All bags will be searched. Bags that pass inspection must fit comfortably under a theatre seat.

There is no secure storage area and confiscated items cannot be returned.
Uptown Theater has two brand new bars serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a selection of snacks and candy.

Most seating on the first level have cupholders available. The balcony seats are restored original seating from 1926 and do not have cupholders.
Tickets are sent by email and can be scanned from your phone directly. You can also add them to Apple Wallet. If you prefer, you can also print the tickets.
All tickets must be purchased online via our website.
Ticket Protection is an option that allows you to receive a credit for future use on all of the tickets in your order. Ticket Protection can ONLY be purchased at the time you buy your tickets.

To use Ticket Protection: Simply send your request using this form at least 2 hours before show time.
The first floor of the main theater has wheelchair spaces, companion seats and semi-ambulatory seating available for purchase. The first floor restrooms are both accessible.

There is no elevator. The second floor lobby and balcony are not accessible.
