    By purchasing tickets to, attending, or entering Uptown Theater ("the Venue"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, performers, and staff.

    1. Ticket Sales & Entry

    • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated on the event page.
    • Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time listed.
    • Entry requires a valid ticket; re-entry may be restricted.
    • The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any guest who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

    2. Seating & Sightlines

    • Seating type (reserved, general admission, mixed layout) varies by event.
    • Specific seats, sightlines, or seating together are not guaranteed.
    • Obstructed or limited sightlines may exist due to production requirements, equipment, or historic architecture.
    • Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of Venue staff and may be held until an appropriate break.

    3. Refunds, Exchanges & Transfers

    • No refunds or exchanges unless explicitly stated on the event page.
    • Ticket transfers are subject to event-specific policies.
    • Lost or stolen tickets are the responsibility of the ticket holder.
    • Event dates, times, performers, or formats are subject to change without notice.

    4. Event Changes & Cancellations

    • Events may be rescheduled, postponed, or canceled at the discretion of the artist, promoter, or Venue.
    • In the event of a cancellation, refund eligibility will be determined according to the ticketing platform and event policy.
    • Uptown Theater is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by ticket holders.

    5. Age Restrictions

    • Age restrictions vary by event and are clearly listed on individual event pages.
    • Valid government-issued photo ID may be required for entry.
    • Guests who do not meet age requirements will not be admitted, and tickets will not be refunded.

    6. Conduct & Guest Behavior

    • Disruptive behavior, including excessive talking, heckling, intoxication, or interference with the performance, is prohibited.
    • Guests engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior may be removed without refund.
    • Uptown Theater reserves the right to enforce a respectful and safe environment for all attendees.

    7. Recording, Photography & Devices

    • Recording, photography, livestreaming, and use of electronic devices may be prohibited.
    • Policies vary by event and artist requirements.
    • Cell phones, smart watches, and other devices may be restricted or required to be silenced or secured during performances.
    • Signs, posters, props, or large items are not permitted unless explicitly approved.

    8. Security & Prohibited Items

    All guests are subject to security screening and bag checks.

    Prohibited items may include (but are not limited to):

    • Weapons of any kind
    • Professional cameras or recording equipment
    • Outside food or beverages
    • Signs, props, or large bags

    Prohibited items may be confiscated or require removal from the Venue.

    9. Accessibility

    • Uptown Theater strives to accommodate guests with accessibility needs.
    • Accessibility seating and accommodations vary by event and seating configuration.
    • Guests requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact the Venue in advance.

    10. Liability & Assumption of Risk

    • Attendance at live events involves inherent risks.
    • By entering the Venue, guests assume all risks related to crowds, sound levels, lighting effects, and live performances.
    • Uptown Theater is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

    11. Health & Safety

    • Venue policies may be updated to comply with local, state, or federal health regulations.
    • Failure to comply with health or safety policies may result in removal without refund.

    12. Media Release

    By entering the Venue, guests grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival purposes without compensation.
