Golden Pass Giveaway Official Rules
1. Eligibility
The Golden Pass Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Uptown Entertainment LLC, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on June 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 1, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered. Winners will be selected periodically from December 2, 2025-December 31, 2025.
3. How to Enter
To enter, visit uptownpvd.com during the Entry Period and complete the official entry form. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. Prize
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Golden Pass. The Golden Pass grants the winner access to any show during the 2026 season at Uptown Theater. The Golden Pass has no cash value and is non-transferable. The winner must notify the Uptown Theater Box Office of their intent to attend a show at least 20 days in advance; otherwise, availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within five (5) days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within ten (10) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Uptown Entertainment LLC, which are final and binding. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Uptown Entertainment LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant and/or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners grant permission for Uptown Entertainment LLC to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
